Some products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Opened or used ink cartridges, toners, or consumables.
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Software or digital products once opened.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The following conditions apply:
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping Costs: Refunds will be for the cost of the product only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, follow the same return process. 5. Defective or Damaged Items
